BACKYARD:  This is a really fun backyard for the entire family.  Unfortunately we had a computer file mishap and we lost all of our backyard summer photos showing the finished bench and wood fire pit, along with the uncovered pool, so you need to use your imagination a little to piece together what you can expect to see in the summer.  The photos of the covered pool were taken in December and one important thing to note is that the sunlight will be very different in the summer...the late morning to late afternoon sun will put the entire pool, fire pit, bench, and bean bag game area in full sunlight, but the pavers between the concrete patio and the pool will remain in the shade.  We also plan to permit and build a grade level deck to cover the entire stone area on the right (east side) of the pool from the fence to the patio.  The ping pong table is a bunch of fun and everyone loves playing outdoors...it was designed to stand up to the salt air and is located in the area behind the two outdoor showers. The 84 degree heated saltwater pool is lit up at night with a very pleasant blue glow and the patio is well lit for nighttime use.  The door closest to the showers is the entrance to the air conditioned exercise room that will be equipped with a Life Fitness elliptical, wall mounted TV, and the poolside beverage center will be located just inside the door.  The door closest to the picnic table provides access to the ground level foyer where the poolside half bath is located.
