DEN: The den which is located on the first floor, offers you a more cozy and alternative  to the living room but is still equipped with a 55" TV.  The kids can easily set up their video game consoles by just plugging into the HDMI gaming outlet located on the wall below the TV. By the way, I guarantee that these couches will be some of the most plush and comfy couches you have ever experienced.  We also plan to add more art to the wall in this room to complete its boardwalk theme.  NOTE: we recently decided to move the love seat into the 1st Floor Master and put a twin bed in this room to better accommodate families with teenage children.  This platform bed will be provided with drawers beneath and double as a day couch with multiple throw pillows.  We will also add shades for the south facing window and the slider to provide complete privacy when used as a bedroom
