GREAT ROOM: We were able to achieve an oversized great room - kitchen, living room & dining room - by keeping the stairwell between the great room and Master bedroom.  Let in the invigorating natural light by raising the motorized blinds.  The views of the ocean surf are amazing and pervasive...they can be seen from almost anywhere in this entire room.  Note the beverage center and ice machine built into the bar, and the double door kitchen pantry...no more storing your food items on the counter due to lack of cabinet space.  The thirteen seats for watching TV include the five swivel bar seats.  Of course, the kids can always watch their own shows on the 55" TVs in the Kids room and the Den.  All seven TVs feature full Xfinity cable service with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz included.
