HALF BATHS - 2nd Floor Powder Room, 4th Bedroom Sink and Outdoor Shower, and the Poolside Half Bath.  The Powder room is very cozy, welcoming, serene, and nautical.   However, the combination sink and cedar lined outdoor shower featured in the first floor 4th bedroom (elevated one floor above ground level) is an instant favorite....after taking a refreshing and peaceful shower accessible only from your private bedroom, you can apply your makeup or shave in peace while watching TV...this is my favorite bedroom!  The poolside half bath construction will be done by May 1, 2018 and it offers a huge convenience whether you need to use it while bathing on the beach or swimming in the pool.
